Acceptance of these terms

These terms govern your use of g7blue.com and the services presented on it by G7 BLUE, based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By using the site or sending a request through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use the site.

Our services

We provide event and occasion management and their supporting services, together with IT services, e-services and business setup, as set out on the pages of this site. What appears on the site is a general description of the service and is not a commitment that it is available on any particular date or at any particular location.

A booking request is not a contract

Submitting the booking form is a request, not a contract. No obligation arises for either party merely by sending it, nor by our initial reply. An agreement comes into being only through mutual written confirmation setting out the scope of the service, its date, the fee and the payment terms.

We reserve the right to decline any request without stating reasons, particularly where delivery on the requested date is not possible or the request falls outside the scope of our services.

Prices and quotations

• Any prices shown on the site are indicative estimates and change with the scope of work, the location, the date and the number of attendees.
• The final price is set out in a written quotation we send you, showing its line items and what it does and does not include.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices do not include value added tax, government fees or permit costs.
• A quotation is valid for the period stated in it; if that period lapses without acceptance, we may revise it.

Your obligations

• Give us accurate and complete information with your request, and tell us of any change to it.
• Obtain any permits or approvals required from the owners of the venue or from official bodies, unless it is agreed in writing that we will handle them.
• Give our team access to the delivery site at the agreed times.
• Pay amounts due on time, as set out in the quotation or the contract.

Changes and cancellation

• Any change to the scope of the service after written confirmation requires a new written agreement, and may change the price or the date.
• Cancellation is governed by the written terms set out in the quotation or contract for each request, taking into account commitments already made to sub-suppliers and costs actually incurred before the cancellation.

Force majeure

Neither party is liable for a failure arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control — such as natural disasters, official decisions and orders, interruption of public utilities, or the like. In such a case both parties will seek to reschedule or reach a fair settlement.

Limitation of liability

We undertake to deliver what has been agreed with the customary standard of professional care. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — such as loss of profit or opportunity, or moral damages — nor for anything arising from incorrect information or instructions received from you, or from the delay of a third party outside our control.

In all cases, our total liability for any claim does not exceed the amount actually paid for the service to which the claim relates.

Intellectual property

All text, designs, logos, images and visual material on this site are owned by G7 BLUE or licensed to it, and are protected under applicable law. They may not be copied, republished or used commercially without our prior written permission.

Material you provide to us — such as your logos or your content — remains yours, and you grant us the right to use it only to the extent needed to deliver the service.

Images of our work

We may document our work in photographs and video. We do not publish any material relating to an occasion or an organisation without prior written permission from its owner, and you may at any time ask us to withdraw material published about you.

Links to other sites

The site may contain links to websites or platforms we do not operate. The presence of a link does not mean we endorse the content of the linked site, and we are not responsible for its policies or practices.

Privacy

The processing of your data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the last-updated date appears at the top of the page. Each request is governed by the terms in force at the time it was sent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from them will first be addressed amicably; failing that, the competent judicial authorities in the city of Riyadh have jurisdiction.
