Who we are and what this policy covers

G7 BLUE, based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is responsible for the personal data collected through g7blue.com. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we store and use it, and what rights you have over it.

By using the site or submitting any form on it, you confirm that you have read this policy.

What we collect

Information you provide yourself when you submit a booking or enquiry form:

• Your name
• Mobile number
• Email address
• The service and sub-service you are requesting
• The notes you write, which may include the date of the occasion, the number of guests and the location

Information collected automatically as you browse: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visited and when. This is used for operation, security and measuring site performance.

We do not ask for — and do not collect through this site — any banking details, card numbers or copies of identity documents. If anyone requests these from you in our name through this site, do not respond and please tell us.

Why we use your data

• To answer your booking request or enquiry and prepare a quote.
• To contact you about the request by phone, WhatsApp or email.
• To deliver and coordinate the agreed service on the ground.
• To keep a record of requests and contracts for accounting and statutory purposes.
• To improve the site and fix technical faults.

We do not use your data to send marketing messages unless you explicitly ask us to.

The basis on which we process your data

We process your data on the basis of your consent when you submit the form, as necessary to carry out your request or the contract made with you, and as required by the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia — including the Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing regulations.

How long we keep it

We keep booking request and enquiry data for three years from the date of last contact, unless a longer period is required by law — such as accounting and tax records tied to a performed contract. After that period the data is deleted or rendered unlinkable to its owner.

The site uses essential cookies to serve pages, remember your language preference and secure form submissions. We may use measurement tools to see visit counts and most-viewed pages, in aggregate statistical form. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, bearing in mind that disabling essential ones may stop the booking forms from working.
